We encourage all youth to volunteer as part of their spiritual growth in Christ. For those who are interested in serving in one or more church ministries, we require a parent or guardian to register their interest by completing this form together with their youth.

Please note that the first name, last name, and email address at the top of this form should be the parent’s or guardian’s details. Your youth’s details should be provided in Questions 1 to 8.

Youth's Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour we expect from youth while volunteering at the church.
